I accepted a temp job. 2 weeks answering phones to determine if the rental department or leasing department received more calls. That was 1986 and the start of my career in Automotive.
From that beginning with what we now know as CMA, I have held many positions and had the opportunity to grow into my dream job!
In this role I have the honor of sharing my story, and the stories of many of our associate owners with future candidates.
Educating the public about the diversity of career paths and limitless opportunities that exist in automotive- with or without higher education.
Creating partnerships with all levels of schools; meeting parents and educators and elevating awareness of what it means to be part of this industry!
Culminating in the CMA Technician Apprentice Training Program!
