Meet Your Host: Shasta Haddock
With over a decade in the automotive industry, Shasta Haddock knows the power of connection. She started in 2014 as a BDC agent at a Kia dealership in Joplin, Missouri, before transitioning to the vendor side in 2016. She quickly made a name for herself in automotive social media marketing at SCP Agency, where she created the industry’s first-ever Elite Response Team, dedicated solely to converting Facebook traffic into dealership appointments.
By 2020, Shasta took the reins at Epic BDC, where she serves as BDC Director & Chief Operations Officer, helping dealerships optimize their business development centers and customer engagement strategies.
Shasta launched this podcast with one goal: to connect the people of automotive to each other. After personally experiencing the frustration of seeking help and hitting dead ends, she built a platform where industry professionals can share, learn, and support each other without barriers.
As a host, Shasta is fun, fearless, and unfiltered—she asks the hard questions and encourages guests to be raw and honest with the audience. Her expertise and leadership have landed her speaking engagements at major conferences, including By Appointment Only, AIADA, and a live podcast event at NADA 2025. She has also been featured twice in Automotive News.
When she’s not lighting up the car biz, you can find Shasta cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, spending time with her two bonus kiddos, and supporting her husband, who serves in law enforcement.
