Jacki Lutz is an award-winning leader in content strategy and a driving force within the automotive aftermarket industry. As the Director of Content for the Auto Care Association, Jacki oversees a cross-functional, multimedia content strategy that shapes and delivers impactful initiatives across all platforms. Her work focuses on enhancing brand presence, engaging members, and advancing the association’s business goals. Jacki is also the host of Carpool Conversations, a signature show on Auto Care ON AIR, the association’s podcast series.
With over a decade of experience in marketing and communications, Jacki has mastered the art of storytelling, enabling professionals and organizations to amplify their brand presence through platforms like LinkedIn. Her leadership extends beyond content creation; Jacki has played pivotal roles across the industry, including chairing Auto Care’s Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG), serving on the AWDA Manufacturer’s Advisory Council, and contributing to the Women in Auto Care Executive Board.
In addition to her work with Auto Care, Jacki has held leadership positions in organizations such as the Automotive Communications Council (ACC) and MEMA Aftermarket’s Marketing Executive Council (MEC).
