Jaime Zazove (Herzberg)

Born and bred automotive baby, grew up in a family owned dealership. Worked in retail there for 12 years from everything from reception, license & title, contracts, BDC manager, inventory, and more. I’ve been on the vendor side for going on 9 years, having been on both the variable and fixed sides. I was “raised” to be customer first, from everything angle. Over every company I’ve worked for, focusing on what the customer wants, focusing on their needs and helping them be successful has always been number 1. My own success has come from always focusing on that, and then molding that into whatever metrics and KPIs I have for my role. It still surprises me how little customer success teams are ‘prioritized’ and feel it deserves a spotlight
