Vice President and Head of Auto Benchmarking and Mobility Development
Kristin Kolodge is Vice President and Head of Auto Benchmarking and Mobility Development at J.D. Power. She is responsible for all of the company’s vehicle quality research globally, including the Initial Quality Study (IQS); Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) Study; Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS); and Tech Experience Index (TXI) Study. She is also responsible for generating new solutions that help clients succeed within the future of mobility space.
Kristin received a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University.
