I’m a “new” car chick.
I’ve always loved cars. It’s in the blood, my dad and brother were collectors. In August 2024 I was invited to join the EasyRepair Team, after 30 years in consumer packaged goods and other consumer services. I didn’t quite understand what I brought to the team in a new industry, initially, but as I have learned about this industry I’ve discovered that collision repair “buying behavior” is STILL a consumer buying behavior. The industry needs marketing, tech and support to keep up with today’s consumers.

Retail Business Development, C-Level Sales, Marketing and Management professional with over 30 years experience creating and executing unique and customized branding solutions, representing clients in various channels from retail, CPG, SAAS, consumer electronics and financial services to name a few. Market segments include retail campaigns, merchandising, customer engagement, visual merchandising, digital campaigns, e-commerce, pop design, social and digital media, print, brand marketing, training and education initiatives, and consumer education in both B2B and B2C.
Vast experience in recruiting, training, assembling teams to interact with the public at events and retail.
I’d love to discuss what I’ve learned as a newcomer to the industry and how I do understand Collision Center needs from a customer viewpoint.
