Founder, Empowering LeadHERs Doctoral Candidate, Learning and Organizational Change Leadership Educator and Researcher
I am a leadership coach and educator, researcher, and doctoral candidate whose work examines how women navigate leadership and career development in male-dominated industries, particularly automotive. My academic focus draws on learning and organizational change, career pathways, and leadership development, informed by qualitative research centered on women’s lived experiences in the automotive industry. I am currently launching Empowering LeadHERs, a leadership and learning platform designed to translate research into accessible education, community, and practical tools for women. Alongside this work, I am writing a book that brings together scholarship, lived experience, and reflective insight to support women who are building credibility and leadership identity in spaces not designed with them in mind. At the heart of my work is a commitment to legacy, creating structures, language, and support that endure beyond individual roles and help women see their experience as both valid and valuable.
