Stacy Cassio is the Founder & CEO of the Pink Mentor Network and a recognized leader in building mentorship-driven workplace cultures. She helps organizations solve complex talent development challenges through mentorship, internal mobility, and employee support strategies—driving results in onboarding, upskilling, engagement, retention, and sales.

In 2017, Stacy founded the Pink Mentor Network to address the lack of structured mentorship in many industries. What began as a grassroots effort has evolved into a scalable model used by organizations of all sizes to create transparent, measurable, and impactful employee development programs.

Now, as part of “2025: The Year of the Mentor,” Stacy is amplifying mentorship’s role in leadership development, career growth, and workplace resilience. Through her thought leadership, programming, and mentorship advocacy, she is helping companies prioritize mentorship as a core strategy for innovation, collaboration, and long-term success.

Stacy’s work has earned numerous accolades, including recognition as Acquisition International’s Most Influential Mentorship Innovator (2021), a Mecklenburg Times Phenom (2019), and a Stevie Awards Female Thought Leader in Business Services (2021). She has also been honored by Charlotte Inno, Empowering Women in Industry, and the Mecklenburg Times 50 Most Influential Women.
She currently serves on the board of Charlotte is Creative and has led national mentorship circles for NextUp Carolinas and Empowering Women in Industry.
