About a year ago, I began sending Shasta my story. I left off at the beginning.
Particular topics where I feel I can contribute to most, is simply don’t give up!
We all have a story, I feel my story is profound & it has the ability to touch not only on the hopes & dreams of the Entrepreneurial Woman, but to the scared single mom of 4 children who doesn’t know where she is going or how she’ll survive. To the women who feel passed up for advancement when they grind just as hard as the men. For the women who are not compensated equally & have their ideas stolen a blink of an eye. But most importantly to those who dream of being more, wanting more, & need the supportive environment of us all to get there.
When I reflect over the last now 20 years in Automotive, to where I am now, my biggest regret is not having more inspiring Women in the Dealership side to look up to train, teach , listen , & guide.
