As Chief Experience Officer, Tracey’s leadership focuses on delivering excellence in processes, continuous improvement, and online reputation—because in today’s marketplace, it’s not just about selling a product, but delivering an experience that sets a brand apart.
From overseeing facility design and ground-up builds to leading acquisition package submittals, Tracey ensures that every aspect of dealership expansion enhances not only the customer journey but also internal culture. Her work contributes directly to Premier’s employee-focused environment—one that fosters long-term success, innovation, and a commitment to service.
Tracey is also the founder of Premier Women in Leadership, an internal initiative launched in 2021 to invest in and retain female talent at all levels of the organization. Through mentoring, and visibility, the program reflects her dedication to building a growth-minded and dynamic automotive workplace.
