This is one of the best podcasts, and I’m not even a podcast person. I’ve been in this industry for 15 yrs & she brings a fresh, authentic voice to the car business. The conversations are relatable and packed with insights. Rare to find someone who is naturally charismatic & can spin a podcast like this. Highly recommend for showroom to back office & beyond!

🤖- Did You Know About Artificial Intelligence Back In 2023? 🤖🤖🤖🤖🤖🤖🤖 I didn’t. I stumbled upon this podcast. And I only listen to the first episode which dates back to 2023. And I was just completely blown away and impressed. First minutes Shasta & Jessica clearly stated what the episode was about. And then from there stayed on topic and gave dues and don’ts and actual items to help me further advance my automotive care. From not using templates responding to emails how back in 2023 Jessica and Shasta were advising people to use Ai Chat gpt to help formulate their responses to clients. 📲- Also as sales professionals we get so immune to our process and systems but Jessica and Shasta encourages us to think outside the box. 📲- For example I’m so guilty of this is you probably are too. Can you imagine seeing a commercial 24 hours a day? Well the majority of us only post about cars,talk about cars, and only like things car related. Well after listen to Chicks In Charge Jessica and Shasta brought it to my attention the majority of my friends on social aren’t car guys/gals there everyday people. That love star bucks,watch Saturday night live,watch Sunday night football and pick their kids up from soccer practice. So Chicks & Charge encourages people to be more human and not a 24 hour commercial on social media…. 💎💎💎💎💎 In closing this was only one episode I listened to and it was their first episode and it definitely left a memorable impression and I look forward to listening to more episodes. If they were this advanced in 2023, I can only imagine what type of gems and information holds in newer episodes. I give them five diamonds because this is just a great podcast. 💎💎💎💎💎
